family owned since june 2019

It began as a simple idea while soaking up the sun in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico during a Chavez family reunion in 2018. Hector, Gabe and Nena were reminiscing about the good ol’ days working together in the hospitality industry during their younger years. As they shared stories, they realized they each had experience and knowledge that could be collectively powerful in starting a business. Gabe was a successful mixologist and general manager of a restaurant in Las Vegas. Hector holds a Master of Business and Administration Degree and has 25+ years of corporate experience. Nena’s corporate career in marketing and public relations round off this versatile trio.  All they needed was the right opportunity to make their dream a reality.

The right opportunity presented itself a few months later when Gabe and his wife moved to Hillsboro.  Shortly after, the Orenco Station Grill went up for sale. After months of number crunching, dreaming, planning, preparing, and more number crunching, an offer was made and accepted. On June 14th, 2019, the new adventure officially began! Once a few cosmetic changes were made, the restaurant was up and running.

Most of the menu items are a collaboration of customer favorites, beloved family dishes. Quality and service, however, is our number one recipe.
